Chris was raised in Mount Vernon, Washington and graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Business and Public Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. As a native to the northwest, he has a strong understanding of the area and an in-depth knowledge of many neighborhoods. Chris lives in Greenwood with his beautiful wife and chocolate lab, “Cedar”.

With 8 years experience working in the marketing field on brands such as Kraft, Spalding, Seagrams Beverage Company and representing resorts such as Vail Resorts and Intrawest Development Company, he has a unique sense of appealing to potential buyers. A thorough understanding of the property is essential in knowing how to place/market it in a competitive industry. Chris not only helps sellers determine how to price their home, but together, they look at the current market to understand buyers demands and then strategically position a property that attracts the greatest number of people. He asks similar questions of buyers to fully understand their objectives, needs and desires. A real estate search is an evolving process, and asking the right questions helps him understand buyers’ needs so he can help them find what they want.
